Preheat oven to 350. Combine corn, egg, onion, bacon, milk, 3/4 of the cracker crumbs, and 1 tablespoon butter. Pour into 2 qt. casserole dish. Combine remaining butter and cracker crumbs, and spread evenly over the corn mixture. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
