1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
3 tablespoons chopped fresh sage
2 (15oz) cans Butter Kernel® Sweet Peas (drained)
In medium saucepan, heat butter and oil over medium low heat; stir in onion, garlic and sage. Cook 2 minutes or until onion is softened. Stir in peas; cook until thoroughly heated.
