Chipotle Turkey Chili
Ingredients
- 20 oz lean (93%) ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chicken broth or water
- 1 (15oz) can chipotle pinto beans (do not drain)
- 1 (15.25oz) can Butter KernelĀ® Whole Kernel Corn, No Salt Added (drained)
- 1 (14.5oz) can no-salt-added diced tomatoes (do not drain)

Directions
In 3-quart nonstick saucepan, cook turkey over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring to break up turkey. Stir in flour.
Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serving Suggestion: Garnish each serving with sour cream and shredded cheese. Serve with corn chips.
