Ingredients

1 (15oz) can black beans, drained, rinsed
1 (15oz) can Butter Kernel® Whole Kernel Gold Corn, drained
1 (14.75oz) can Butter Kernel® Cream Style Gold Corn (do not drain)
1 (14.5oz) can diced tomatoes with chilies & chili spices (do not drain)
1 cup 33% less sodium fat free chicken broth
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

In 4-quart saucepan, mix all ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes.
